(D=David=Boyfriend)
Wow! I'm deeply immersed in the site map of our new site at work, and am assigning everyone color coded tasks like a ship captain, and in the middle of a discussion about message boards, a nice man walked in the office with a beautiful vase of white roses, white gerber daisies with pink mini petals, and another white flower, maybe a hyacinth. Oh boy! David's been gone a week visiting his family and comes home today, and I guess was missing me! What a surprise! Love him!

I think it is just wonderful; I love fresh flowers and have to buy them for myself UNLESS it is a special occasion. Hmmmm, wonder what is up? Or, it is just a LOVEly gesture! Has he told you he loves you??? Content in Cleveland
You know, I just told my friend (mother of the baby a few posts down) but I think I could tell you all: that getting flowers at the office is just about the best fantasy ever, I think.
He has told me the L word, which actually took him a while and happened at his favorite chicken wing place, Pluck You, with a football game in the background. I'd want nothing less! :)
I've gotten flowers from him about 2 other times in our 1.5 year long relationship...alywas randomly. I always majorly hint for the quick and easy deli flowers, but I'll take anything! It is lovely!
Abdulla, you are so wise. :)
was it you who spent too much on eyeglasses? I am about to do the same and want a second opinion to make sure they are really as cute as I think. Or if they make me look like a made scientist. The other possiblity.
It is I who dropped an enormous sum of credit on eyeglasses, yes. I will post about it for the rest of the world when I get them, but I highly recomend doing it. We are big girls now, and can handle a little edge.
