a total jogger! in fact, am drinking coffee right now to loosen up (so cold here in AZ mornings) and then will run around before going to the airport. Gerdy and i run most mornings...unless i crap out. you didn't know that? or are you wondering b/c I haven't jumped on the marathon wagon?? hehe
